Menu – Planning: Week 3-26-12

Since starting my menu-planning series, we have been enjoying some rather tasty meals at home! I am really enjoying cooking for my family, and my husband loves coming home, after a hard day’s work, to a delicious meal. By making a plan, we are saving by not eating out as much, and I am making effort to make sure we have some healthy options. Love it!

Left-overs

Corny Dogs

Tuna

Dinner

Easy Chicken Enchiladas with rice

Hamburgers and chips

Crockpot Tuscan Chicken
